WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your event date if reserving more than 60 days in advance.
We require 100% payment of the rental rate if your reservation is made within 30 days of the event date.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?
Yes! You are allowed to supply your own alcohol, however, we require all liquor to be distributed by one of our preferred professional bartender service vendors to safely and responsibly host events serving alcohol!
DO YOU HAVE ANY BLACKOUT DATES?
Yes, we do not host events on major holidays, including: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Sunday.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Events are usually held between the hours of 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Vendors can enter on the day of your event starting as early as 10 am for set up.
If interested in scheduling outside of these hours, please let us know.
CAN WE TOUR THE VENUE PRIOR TO BOOKING?
Yes, we can provide a tour of the venue upon request, based on availability of management. Tours are typically scheduled between the hours of
2 and 7 PM Monday through Friday.
